Pre-Construction
Involving Fine Finishes in your pre-construction is a necessary component for a successful build. We can work with your architect and designer to identify opportunities to maximize your project goals.

This is our opportunity to get to know each other, diving deep to learn about your goals and intentions for the space. In this first phase, we work with you and our subcontractors to build a comprehensive scope, estimate and schedule.
Construction
All that pre-construction effort ensures you’ve got a solid construction plan in place.

We manage all aspects of your project, as determined in the scope, and we manage your budget with regular reporting. We strive to proactively identify challenges and address changes.
Maintenance
Our relationship does not end when we pack up and leave the jobsite. We are here to answer questions, address concerns and share ideas for your next project.
